Join us for a fun and educational online theater camp, taught by BAL alumnus, Lauren Masterpolo! Lauren is an upcoming junior at the University at Buffalo studying Musical Theatre and is ecstatic to be teaching this camp for students aged 8-13. Filled with theater games and improv exercises, the camps are designed to keep students engaged while also improving their performance technique. We will examine works from published plays, musicals and monologues. Students will be provided with tools and tactics on character development, song/monologue interpretation and general acting techniques. We’ll explore the world of musical theater, singing songs ranging from the hottest shows on Broadway to old classics. Each student will be evaluated on an individual level and be encouraged to explore the areas that personally interest them. This engaging camp is ideal for students interested in theater, music, comedy or drama!

This camp will take place using the Zoom platform.
Once students register, they will be emailed a link to the online classroom on the day of the first class.
