After providing choreography for Break a Leg Theater Work’s award winning production of Cabaret last summer, we are thrilled to welcome back Broadway’s Thayne Jasperson for an amazing master class series on Monday March 30th.

Matilda/ Disney’s Peter Pan Jr. Preview Master Class:
Want to get a taste of the choreography we’ll explore during our upcoming summer productions, by our choreographer Thayne? Then this class is for you. Open to all students of eligible audition age (grades 3-10), this class will be high energy and fun.
This class will also feature a Q&A and meet and greet with Thayne after we dance.
Hamilton Master Class:
Work on movement inspired by the hit Broadway musical, from Thayne, the last original cast member and featured star of the upcoming film. This class is open to all interested students with dance experience. This class will also end with a Q&A and meet & greet. Learn about Thayne’s experience from the first workshop of Hamilton, to off-Broadway, to Broadway, and soon to the silver screen!
About our choreographer for Matilda & Disney’s Peter Pan Jr.
Thayne Riley Jasperson is an American actor and singer who originated the role of Samuel Seabury in Broadway's Hamilton. Outside of theater he is known for being a finalist of Season 4 of So You Think You Can Dance. He has also been in High School Musical, Newsies, Matilda and Finding Neverland. His Instagram (thaynejasperson) has 80.1k followers.
Thayne is the only remaining member of the original Broadway cast. He portrays different characters each show. Recently he had appearances as Seabury, King George III and John Laurens/Phillip Hamilton.

Stephen Graybill

This was an intimate and specialized Master Class with HBO’s “Big Little Lies” actor Stephen Graybill at PACTV studios in Plymouth. Students worked on camera and received direct feedback from Stephen who has appeared on TV in hit shows such as “Law & Order: SVU”, “All My Children”, and Nickelodeon’s “Game Shakers”. Stephen has shared the screen with Oscar winners Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon, as well as “The Descendants” star Shailene Woodley.

Thayne Jasperson

Thayne Jasperson is currently part of the hit broadway musical Hamilton! He was a finalist on So You Think You Can Dance, season 4, continuing on to the national tour. Original Broadway cast: Hamilton, Matilda and Newsies where he received an "Astaire Award" nomination. Thayne originated the role of Porthos for Broadway's Finding Neverland. Other tours include: West Side Story (1st National) and Oz where he played (Scarecrow) along with stars from Danity Kane, Disney Channel and American Idol. Thayne was featured in hit film/ TV shows: High School Musical, HSM 2, Smash and MTV's American Mall. For Thayne's choreographic work he received a rave review from the NY TImes describing his work as "Ingenious!" Mr. Taylor currently plays Mufasa, king of the Pride Lands and father of Simba, in the Broadway blockbuster musical The Lion King after traveling with the national tour, during which he had the honor of performing at the White House. Daniel Hall joined THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS in January 2017 as the legacy character (series regular) of Scott Grainger, the passionate journalist who recently endured traumatic events before his return home to Genoa City broken and questioning his very own existence.
Daniel was born in Norwalk CT on February 6th to a family of musicians and entertainers. He spent much of his childhood performing in concerts with his parents and older sister. After attending Staples High School he went on to earn his BFA in Theatre at Michigan University. While at Michigan he starred opposite Ruby Dee in the production of "The Bridge Party" as well as a semester abroad at the Globe Theatre in London studying briefly with Mark Rylance.
After graduating, Hall moved to New York City where he guest starred on Law and Order: SVU and booked a recurring role on Guiding Light. Since making the move to Hollywood where he continues to pursue his career, Hall has appeared in a string of television series including Mad Men, Graceland, Rizzoli and Isles, The Newsroom, Grandfathered, Mixology and most recently Quarry.
When not working, Daniel is active in charities like Art of Elysium as well as the nonprofit company Kind Traveler.

Jeff Pew came back by popular demand! Jeff is originally from San Jose, CA but now claims New York City as his home. Derrick Davis

Derrick Davis is a dynamic and passionate performer who is currently starring as The Phantom in the 25th Anniversary North American tour of Andrew Lloyd Weber’s The Phantom of the Opera. In his exciting career, Derrick has held the role of Mufasa in the US tour of Disney’s The Lion King, covered both Scar and Mufasa on Broadway and starred as Curtis Taylor Jr. in Dream Girls at the Tony award winning regional theater Dallas Theater Center.
He has been seen performing on the Daytime Emmy Awards, Live with Regis and Kelly, Dancing With the Stars, as well as on the big screen in such movies as Can a Song Save Your Life and A Christmas Story His concert career includes sold out performances of Rogers and Hammerstein works with the Las Vegas Philharmonic as well as several solo concerts in New York City featuring his original works and holiday favorites. Mr. Davis cherishes a degree with honors in Fine Arts from Long Island University. C.W. Post Campus as well as his countless hours of post collegiate private study in acting, singing and dance.

Blaine Krauss

Blaine Krauss can currently be seen on Broadway in "The Great Comet" starring Josh Groban.. He recently toured on the national tour of Disneys "The Lion King" covering Simba and is a frequent performer and guest artist at Feinsteins/Below 54. He has appeared at The Carnegie in Xanadu (Sonny Malone), Summer Lyric in Kiss Me, Kate (Paul), and West Virginia Public Theatre in Godspell (Judas) and Spelling Bee (Mitch Mahoney). At CCM, from which he holds a BFA in Musical Theatre, he was seen in Les Miserables (Jean Valjean), Singing in the Rain (Diction Coach), Chess(Freddie Trumper), The Civil War (Frederick Douglas), Into the Woods (Wolf), Parade(Newt Lee) and Make Me a Song, Rent and Evita. He performed in the premiere of Into a Lamplit Room as part of CCM’s Kurt Weill festival. Blaine is a US Presidential Scholar in the Arts, an honored bestowed by a commission from President Barack Obama.. He was a featured soloist with the Fort Wayne POPS! Philharmonic, and at the 9/11 Commemoration at the Trocadero in Paris, France and at the National Fourth of July Celebration in the National Archives in Washington D.C.

Kevin Duda

Kevin made his Broadway debut in Les Liaisons Dangereuses,starring Laura Linney for The Roundabout Theater Company. He can currently be seen as part of the original company of Beautiful The Carole King Musical and before that, he was honored to be in the original company of The Book of Mormon,written by Trey Parker & Matt Stone of South Park fame, and Bobby Lopez, cocreator of Avenue Q. He has also been seen in the National Tours of Little Women starring Maureen McGovern, Cinderella starring Eartha Kitt, and Xanadu.In London, he starred in the World Premiere Concert of Ain’t We Got Fun;toured Germany, Switzerland and Austria with The Best of Andrew Lloyd Webber;and played Macau, China in Guys & Dolls.He has been honored to work with the Pioneer Valley Symphony, The Florida Orchestra, The Memphis Symphony Orchestra and The Boston Pops. He is member of the The Recording Academy of America for his work on the Original Cast Albums of The Book of Mormon & Beautiful. Kevin has created, hosted or produced industrials, commercials & voiceovers for companies nation-wide.
