A magical cabaret featuring Broadway Songs performed by Broadway, New York, and Boston Professionals along with the talented youth of the South Shore!

Cast:

NICHOLAS WARD

Nicholas Ward is currently in the Broadway production of Disney's "Frozen". He made his Broadway debut in the critically acclaimed revival of  “On The Town”, where he opened the show with a rousing rendition of “I Feel Like I’m not out of Bed Yet.”  He has appeared in numerous shows in NY at City Center Encores, including “Pipe Dream” featuring the legendary Leslie Uggams,  “Annie Get Your Gun” starring Megan Hilty, and “Zorba” with John Turturro.  He was a featured soloist in Andrew Lippa’s debut performance of the iconic musical suite, “I am Harvey Milk” starring Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth and hosted by Whoopi Goldberg at Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln center. He will continue development on this piece later this year. Regionally his work includes his rousing turns as Jim in

“Big River” and Audrey 2 in “Little Shop”, both at Alpine Theatre Project, as well as King Triton in "The Little Mermaid" at Olney Theatre Center, and Fred in "Smokey Joes Café" at Ogunquit Playhouse, just to name a few.  He was lauded for his performance at the historic Goodspeed Opera House in the iconic role of Joe in "Showboat" where he starred for various performances. Recently he made his debut on the silver screen alongside acclaimed Actress Meryl Streep in “Ricky and the Flash”.  Nicholas looks forward to sharing his talents with Break A Leg and hopes to return to have a Master Class with students interested in the arts in the future.

Farah Lopez is originally from Montreal, Canada. She recently toured with the National Tour of Disney's "The Lion King" understudying both the roles of Rafiki and Shenzi. She is a brand new transplant to New York city and has appeared in several workshops in the city. She appeared at The Louis Gerrit Theater in City of Angels (Oolie/Donna), Miami Playhouse in Cabaret (Kit Kat Girl), She has been a part of the Walt Disney family for over 10 years beginning with Festival of The Lion King in Orlando, Florida. She then  traveled the world as a guest artist on Royal Caribbean Cruises for many years. She has a BFA in Music Theater from New World School of The Arts.

FARAH LOPEZ

SARAH LEARY

Sarah Leary holds a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miamia, where she was cast and directed by Tommy Tune in the premiere of "54 Forever". Sarah regularly appears as a performer and co-host in "Bye Bye Liver: The Boston Drinking Play". Boston area credits include: Cathy in "The Last Five Years" (NextDoor Center for the Arts), Bethany in the premiere of "Creative License: A New Musical" (Davis Square Theatre - nominated for Best New Work by My Entertainment World), Anna in the premiere of "Breaking the Shakespeare Code" (Vagabond Theatre Group - Elliot Norton nomination for Outstanding New Script), Violet in "Side Show" (Emerson Umbrella), Julia in "The Wedding Singer" and Lily St. Regis in "Annie" (Company

Theatre), and Evelyn Nesbit in "Ragtime: In Concert" (Marblehead Little Theatre/Salem Theatre Company).

KYLE WRENTZ

EMCEE/BREAK A LEG CO-FOUNDER:  Kyle Wrentz has been a professional Actor for over 14 years.  He graduated with a BFA in Theater from The University of Hartford, The Hartt School.  He has had a long affiliation with The Walt Disney family, for which he performed on Broadway and around the country and world in "The Lion King," where he understudied the roles of Simba & Scar.He was also seen in Epcot as a cast member of the critically acclaimed acapella group, American Vybe. He was part of the opening cast at Hong Kong Disneyland, where he also sang backup in the opening night show at the castle behind the original voices of Belle and Aladdin from the Disney films.Regionally, his work has been seen throughout many theaters across North America.  Some of his favorite roles

include  Jim from “Big River” and 2nd Officer Lightoller from Titanic.  He has had the opportunity to perform at “The Tony Awards”, the "Daytime Emmys”, and on “Dancing With The Stars”.
